This is a basic guide to the Saiyuki anime - season 1 (there is another fanbook for season 2). The one I own is published by Tongli (a Taiwanese publishing firm), and I'm not sure if that's the case but some of the pages are not well-coloured.

For the Saiyuki beginner, this is a good buy since this covers quite a bit of introductory material, and will give a good idea of what the anime is about. However, for those familiar with Saiyuki (excluding die-hard Saiyuki fans who'll buy anything Saiyuki), I suggest you save the money for better Saiyuki illustration collections. ^^ I cannot get over the lamely-coloured pages, but I still feel it's Tongli's doing. -.-
